Hidden gem for itasty homedtyle Mexican food & picnic table casual local style dining. Absolutely no pretention here, just good food at popular prices. Beef enchilada plate very good, chimichanga even better. Sadly no tamales day we visited but will try next visit. Good parking front & back.
Best place in Cave Creek. The food is top notch and the customer service is even better. Bart and his staff are always welcoming. Very casual and comfortable. Love, love love the fry bread. Will go back soon. They have great catering also - I work at a middle school and one of our awesome parents bought the whole staff lunch from Indian Village. We had a very happy staff that day!
Always great food and staff is welcoming
Love this place! Been coming here for years for the best Indian Fry bread I have ever had!
The best of cave creek
Odered a #10 which is 6.50 had maybe a tablespoon of red chilli smeared around mostly thickened gravy ...had a shred or two of roast beef swirleds around in the gravy in ALL the gravy and a soda came to 9.00 no tomatoes or cheese no salsa nothing...not impressed...no gloves one the woman rolling and handling the food. A scattering of chopped tomatoes and sprinkle of cheese would of gone a long way to offset the the shortage of chilli. Very expensive piece of fried bread basically.
I love the food and always live chatting with the owner! Support local. Fantastic tostados and salsa is so fresh.
Excellent food. Fry bread was pretty good. My wife is Native American and I've had plenty of fry bread and their stack right up there. Did I mention the Mexican food was amazing!
Great tacos
Awesome food and atmosphere
Great fry bread mexican food.
Anytime they make the bread right in front of you you know if will be great! Everyone's meal was great! Nice sitting area outdoors when it's not too hot!
Really good Navajo Taco. Maybe the best Horchata I've ever had. Homemade guacamole is yummy.
A fun little walk, but kind of touristy.
Great food, fast service, & nice outdoor patio. All for a cheap price! Don’t get me started on the fry bread🤤
A decent taco
I would highly recommend this restaurant for quality food clean establishment and extra friendly people
This is where you fine actually Mexican food!! The shredded beef tacos and Spanish and beans was amazing! I was told by a co-worker that if you love Mexican food then you will love Indian village! But my favorite part about this restaurant is that it is attached to a souvenir shop so you just wouldn't expect there to be a hole in the wall right in the back. Freaking awesome!!
Great food and low price
Food and service was wonderful like always.
Southwestern food at its finest! Low key, very casual, usually a take-out experience. The owner traveled the Southwest to find the best recipes for enchiladas, quesadillas, etc. It's also a great spot for tourist, souvenir-type shopping. This is a hidden gem in Cave Creek!
Great food at a reasonable price
Fresh ingredients! Meats were just a bit bland for me. Guacamole was really good. Yummy tea. GREAT SERVICE!!
The service was VERY quick, and the food was so delicious. The fry bread was heaven and the souvenirs were very cute. Everybody there was so nice and treated me like family.
Great little hole in the wall place for Mexican food. Tacos, tostados and fry bread are my favorite here. Two ladies do all the cooking in the tiniest kitchen I’ve ever seen. Dining area is pretty rustic but they’ve added some new porch dining. Give it a try!
Amazing food and fun place
I simply enjoyed their dishes. I always get great service there. The place is well organised and the staff members are always super friendly. Will come visit again.
Real tiny place with big flavor Southwest fare. Really good fry bread, chilli is bold, and super fresh tacos. If you can find it, stop in.
Very small but probably one of the best meals you can have in Cave Creek. The restaurant is in the back of a gift shop and they make the fry breads and tacos for you on the spot. Generous portions for the price.
I certainly enjoy their food and service, good location next to my residence. The cashiers are always kind. I highly recommend this place.
Definitely a spot worth stopping over, the food is excellent and fresh, the cost is convenient and it is regularly well organized in here. Fantastic work.
Really awesome place! Well worth visiting. We got some amazing fry bread for my wife’s first time trying it. Affordable and delicious, authentic home cooked food. They even let us bring our own drinks in no problem. Very friendly staff. Cool gift shop inside with affordable jewelry and amazing crafts.
I don't think you'll find better Sonora Mexico fare. Fun place in a neat old building. Say hi to Bart and the ladies for me.
Cool place and best Indian taco ever!!!!!
The Navajo tacos are incredibly delicious and filling! Definitely worth stopping in for a visit.
Spinach Corncakes = YumYumYum
Very different layout intresting place to visit food was good prices average.
Chicken quesadillas are good too much cheese silverware required not sure why everyone's so excited about the bread it's just bread and a crazy amount of powdered sugar
Great quality food
Excellent Navajo taco and chicken and cheese quesadilla
Real quick and great food. Very generous portions
Cute and affordable. Great souvenirs and friendly people. The fry bread omgosh so yummy.
Indian fry bread was yummy... Great quality local souvenirs too!
Food was great. The fry bread with honey was fantastic. It's a small place with a lot of character. Staff was very friendly.
Love this place.
Love this place! Today we had chicken tacos and fry bread with apples. Also, their gift shop had the long arrowheads which is just what we were looking all over the cave creek shops. You will definately feel right at home in this cool little place.
Taco was good! Fry bread was not good!
I stop by here for great Indian Fry Bread. Plus, I have purchased a number of Cave Creek logo Tee Shirts here. Really good quality shirts.
I can't give the place 5 stars but it's absolutely worth a stop. Everything is made to order and fresh. The Fry Bread is really fried dough but better and its delicious!!! I highly recommend the enchilada and tacos. The tostada was ho hum. Quaint sitting area in back with interesting neighbors...
Since 1972 eclectic funky Mexican restaurant, with gift store shabby chic good food prices and food is pretty good. Super casual has picnic tables in back cactus garden and shade if you like it funky you love it.
